Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy reaffirmed his commitment to transforming the state into a trillion-dollar economy, declaring that “no one can stop Telangana Rising.” Speaking at the inauguration of HCLTech’s global delivery center in Madhapur on Thursday, Reddy emphasized Hyderabad’s rapid growth.
He noted that in just one year, the government attracted significant investments from domestic and international firms.
“When I first spoke about Telangana Rising, many were doubtful. Today, the world is witnessing Hyderabad’s rise,” he stated. He added that the city now leads in electric vehicle adoption, data centers, green energy, life sciences, and manufacturing.
Reddy dismissed skepticism about his trillion-dollar economy goal. He highlighted that Telangana secured investment agreements worth Rs 41,000 crore and Rs 1.78 lakh crore during two Davos summits, proving that his vision is achievable.
The chief minister stressed that multinational firms are continually signing agreements and expanding operations in Telangana. Recently, he inaugurated Amgen’s technology and innovation center and hosted BioAsia, a premier life sciences conference.
“Telangana has attracted the highest investments in the country in just a year and has become number one in job creation. We lead in artificial intelligence while maintaining the lowest inflation,” he said.
Reddy praised HCLTech as a symbol of India’s technological strength, operating in 60 countries with over 2.2 lakh employees.
The event was attended by Minister D. Sridhar Babu, Special Chief Secretary Jayesh Ranjan, and HCL executives.
