MLA of Arabhavi, Belgaum district Balachandra Jarakiholi has expressed his confidence that we will definitely win Belagavi and Chikkodi constituencies. I have said ten times that I don't want Lok Sabha ticket. I will not stand for election, he stated.
I will follow whatever decision the BJP high command takes. There have been discussions about the preparations for the Lok Sabha elections. Charantimath is in charge of us. The date will be given next week. A meeting will be held in Delhi after arrival of Charantimath. We will work as per the decision taken by the High Command, he said.
He remarked that there are three MLAs in this constituency and former MLAs and Charantimath is experienced, we will hold a meeting under his leadership and do the next work.
Jarakiholi also responded to the question to whether Lakshmana Savadi will join BJP, he expressed that he has also seen it on TV media, but was unable to find any direct approach. Whatever happens is in the high command. We welcome whoever comes to BJP, he said.Congress is protesting in front of Lok Sabha on February 7. They are working to divert the problems. Let them come for discussion with statistics, Balachandra Jarakiholi said.
