BJP State President and MLA BY Vijayendra has challenged Chief Minister Siddaramaiah to answer the question of the ruling party MLAs first.
Speaking to the media in the city on Sunday, he said that Siddaramaiah should answer the question of the Congress MLAs and then challenge the opposition party. He sarcastically said that the people of the entire state have seen what happened in the Mysore convention.
MLAs are struggling without funds in all constituencies. He said that the people of the state are debating whether Siddaramaiah is the Chief Minister of the state or only the Chief Minister for Congress MLAs. Siddaramaiah has not given any document that he will provide a grant of Rs 50 crore for development. He has written a letter only to Congress MLAs. He criticized saying ,“how long will we have to wait for the 50 crores grant to come, he has not given any clarification about giving funds to the opposition party.”
The Chief Minister has decided to provide a grant of Rs 50 crore when the ruling party MLAs turn against him. However, a situation has arisen where the ruling party MLAs do not have confidence in the Chief Minister. As a result, he analyzed that Congress in-charge Surjewala is repeatedly coming to Karnataka and trying to appease the MLAs.
Vijayendra said that Siddaramaiah and DK Shivakumar had hinted at a revolution in the Congress party government in November or earlier in the Mysore convention. He criticized that wherever people go to inquire about Siddaramaiah's leadership of the Congress government in the state, they curse them.
