Two young men were shot dead near a temple in Patna’s Bikram area early Monday morning. The incident occurred on the Manjhauli-Singhara Road near Guerrilla Sthan. Locals alerted the police through Dial 112, and a team arrived to recover the bodies. An Apache bike and 12 bullet shells were found at the scene.

Police said both victims were shot at close range, possibly while at the temple. One victim was identified through a mobile phone found in his pocket, while the second is yet to be identified.

Patna SSP Avkash Kumar confirmed the recovery of the bodies and said forensic evidence was collected with help from the FSL team and dog squad. Raids are underway to catch the culprits.

Following the incident, angry family members blocked the main road and protested outside Bikram police station, demanding quick arrests. The investigation is ongoing.
