Tension erupted on Wednesday during the inauguration of the State Urdu Library in Bihar, as candidates of the BPSC Teacher Recruitment Exam Phase-3 (TRE-3) staged a protest demanding the release of supplementary results. The situation escalated when agitated aspirants blocked Education Minister Sunil Kumar’s car, climbed onto the bonnet, and shouted slogans like Release the supplementary results!

The protest took place while Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was inaugurating the new library building, built at a cost of ₹3.07 crore. After the CM left, protesters surrounded the Education Minister, intensifying the unrest.

Minister Sunil Kumar assured the candidates that there were no objections from the government and that the decision now rests with BPSC. However, the repeated delays have angered aspirants. Earlier, a similar protest occurred at JD(U)’s office.

On May 6, a protest near the CM’s residence turned violent, with police using force to disperse the crowd. Candidates demand urgent action.
