The Tamil Nadu Raj Bhavan sharply criticized Chief Minister M K Stalin on Sunday for calling Governor R N Ravi childish after he recently skipped delivering his address to the Assembly. The Raj Bhavan condemned Stalin’s remarks, stating that such arrogance is unacceptable. A post on social media pointed out that the people of India would not tolerate any disrespect toward the country or its Constitution.

The Raj Bhavan's statement read, Thiru mkstalin has called insisting on respect for the National Anthem and constitutional duties 'absurd' and 'childish.' This reveals the true nature of the coalition led by Stalin, which does not accept Bharat as a nation or respect her Constitution. Such arrogance is harmful.

The statement further reminded Stalin not to forget that India is the supreme Mother and the Constitution the supreme faith for its citizens, adding that the people would not tolerate such insults.

This response followed Stalin’s accusation that Governor Ravi was unable to accept the state’s development and described his refusal to address the Assembly as childish. On January 6, Ravi left the Assembly without delivering his address, citing his displeasure over the National Anthem not being played.
