TDP leader N. Chandrababu Naidu said the party has played an important role in many decisions made by central governments over the years. Speaking at the TDP Mahanadu conclave in Andhra Pradesh, he highlighted that for 43 years, the party has faced many challenges, yet it has remained strong and influential. Naidu mentioned that often what Andhra Pradesh thinks, India follows later, proving the party’s impact on national policies. He also recalled the tough times during the previous YSRCP government when many TDP workers faced hardships and even lost their lives. Naidu emphasized that among India’s many political parties, TDP stands out for its focus on welfare, reforms, and development. The party has a strong organizational base and recently completed a successful membership drive, enrolling one crore members in just 45 days. The three-day TDP Mahanadu event started on May 27 and will continue until May 29.
