Tamil actor Sivakarthikeyan is winning hearts again—this time for a promise kept. For the past seven years, he has quietly supported the family of the late Nel Jayaraman, a well-known voice for organic farming. His care for Jayaraman’s son, Srinivasan, shows his kindness beyond the screen.

When Jayaraman passed away, Sivakarthikeyan promised to take care of Srinivasan’s education. Unlike many, he kept his word. Every year, he pays Srinivasan’s school fees and encourages him during exams. He doesn’t just offer money—he shows concern, guidance, and affection, becoming like family.

This year, Sivakarthikeyan ensured Srinivasan got into a private college in Coimbatore. He personally helped choose the right course and institution. Director Era Saravanan, who revealed this story, shared how touched he was by the actor’s sincerity. “If Nel Jayaraman were alive, he would have given everything for his son. Sivakarthikeyan is making sure nothing is missing,” Saravanan said.

Saravanan also shared a throwback photo of Sivakarthikeyan with Jayaraman, calling him not just a supporter but a pillar of strength. His comforting words, “Naan Irukken, Anna” (I’m here, brother), still stay in people’s hearts.

Professionally, Sivakarthikeyan is also busy. His next films include Madharasi, directed by AR Murugadoss, and Parasakthi, by Sudha Kongara. Both are expected to show him in powerful new roles.

Though famous for his movies, it is Sivakarthikeyan’s silent acts of kindness that make him truly special. He proves that a star’s biggest role can be played off-screen—with humanity and heart.
