Rishab Shetty, the star of Kantara, recently shared his excitement about working with filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga. During his appearance on The Rana Daggubati Show, Shetty praised Vanga’s unique filmmaking style, calling it crazy and innovative. He expressed his admiration for Vanga’s creativity, saying, No one can think like him, and I believe even he can't think the same way again. Shetty also mentioned that he would love to be part of any project Vanga is working on in the future.
The conversation took place in Shetty’s hometown of Keradi, where he discussed his journey in the industry and his dream of transforming his village into a cinematic hub. He noted how directors like Vanga have gained huge fan followings due to their distinctive visions, even amid controversies.
On the professional front, Shetty is currently working on Kantara: Chapter 1, set for a release on October 2, 2025. He also has roles in Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, a historical drama scheduled for 2027, and Jai Hanuman, a mythological action film set for 2026.
Meanwhile, Sandeep Reddy Vanga is busy with his upcoming project Spirit starring Prabhas, followed by a sequel to Animal Park with Ranbir Kapoor.
