Rashmika Mandanna, known as the 'National Crush', is stepping into a powerful new role with Mysaa, a female-led action thriller. The film is set in the culturally vibrant world of the Gond tribes and promises both emotional depth and intense action. Rashmika will play a fierce Gond woman—one of her most challenging roles yet.

The film was officially launched over the weekend with a traditional muhurat pooja attended by the core team, including producer Suresh Babu and filmmaker Hanu Raghavapudi. Shooting began today in Hyderabad, with Rashmika joining from day one.

Directed by Rawindra Pulle, Mysaa is backed by Anil and Ajay Sayyapureddy under Unformula Films and is planned as a big-budget Pan-Indian release. The director shared that the film is the result of two years of dedicated effort to build an authentic world and narrative.

The first-look poster has already created a buzz, adding to the excitement. Rashmika’s fans have more to look forward to, as she’s also set to appear in the horror-comedy Thama alongside Ayushmann Khurrana and will reprise her role as Srivalli in the much-awaited Pushpa 3.
