‘Rangasthalam’ to Premiere in Hindi Soon

The Telugu blockbuster Rangasthalam, starring Ram Charan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu, is finally set to make its Hindi television debut. Goldmines Telefilms announced that the film will premiere on their channel on August 24 at 8:00 PM, using the tagline TV Par Pehli Baar.

Directed by Sukumar, the 2018 film is set in a fictional village during the 1980s. It tells the story of two brothers who rise against a corrupt political leader, capturing the spirit of resistance and justice in rural India. The film blends powerful storytelling with raw emotion, making it one of the most acclaimed South Indian movies of the decade.

Ram Charan’s performance as Chittibabu, a brave hearing-impaired villager, won widespread appreciation and marked a significant shift in his career. Samantha Ruth Prabhu, playing the female lead, added emotional depth to the story with her strong portrayal. The film also features standout performances from Aadhi Pinisetty, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Jagapathi Babu, and Prakash Raj.

The music by Devi Sri Prasad became immensely popular, especially songs like Yentha Sakkagunnave. Rangasthalam was a commercial hit, made on a budget of ₹50 crore and grossing over ₹200 crore worldwide.

Meanwhile, director Sukumar and Ram Charan are expected to reunite for their next project, tentatively titled RC17, which is currently in pre-production. Samantha is also busy with multiple projects, including an upcoming web series.

With its strong storyline and compelling performances, Rangasthalam is expected to attract a new wave of viewers when it airs in Hindi.
