Bengaluru,

A shocking incident of three youths riding a two-wheeler recklessly near the Nelamangala toll gate on National Highway 4 has surfaced, causing outrage and serious concern over road safety. The dangerous stunt was captured on a mobile phone by fellow commuters and has since gone viral on social media.

The video clearly shows the three young men riding a single motorbike in a zig-zag manner, putting their lives and the lives of other motorists at great risk. The pillion rider can be seen deliberately covering the vehicle's number plate with both hands to avoid identification. Further, obscene gestures were also made toward those filming the incident from behind, as per eyewitnesses.

Several motorists commuting on the busy highway were visibly shaken as the reckless trio dangerously weaved between vehicles. Thankfully, no accident occurred, but the incident has drawn widespread criticism for its blatant disregard for traffic rules and public safety.

“This kind of behavior shows utter irresponsibility. Not only are they risking their own lives, but they are endangering everyone around them,” said Hanumantharayappa, a local resident from Olavinahalli near Nelamangala.

Since the number plate was intentionally concealed, identifying the culprits has proven challenging. However, Nelamangala Traffic Police have begun examining CCTV footage from surrounding areas to trace the trio. Speaking to the media, Tahsildar Shantakumar confirmed, “We are taking this incident seriously. The culprits will be identified and brought to justice very soon.”
