Though Prachi Tehlan is only a movie old in Malayalam, the actress has managed to secure a devoted fan base in Kerala. The ‘Mamangam’ actress is an enthusiastic social media user and often shares glimpses of her life with her fans.
In her latest Instagram post, Prachi Tehlan has spoken about the significance of self-love. The actress penned that the past one and a half years had taken a toll on her well-being and, she has started focusing more on her yoga and meditation.
“Enlightening myself into the new world of yoga and meditation. My body, mind, soul, emotions, feelings in last one and a half year has have taken a toll on my well being. Difficult situations, circumstances, people, dealing with so much negativity physically, mentally and emotionally has taught me the real meaning of life and moreover letting me know the importance of loving myself more than anyone (sic),” the actress said in her note.
She further added, “What’s important is me, my happiness, my choices, my will power and strength. God has tested me time and again putting me into difficult situations to make me more closer to the reason of my existence. Off late was the toughest test god took. As always I will fight it out like a believer I have been, like an achiever I have been and like a sportsperson I have been! My parents bought me up to be a fighter and being a good soul, a good person before anything else that adds on to my personality. No matter what bad happens, I am going to stick towards seeing the goodness and positivity around me. Because that’s what the true essence of being human being is.”
