Mammootty To Join Hands With Director Ratheena Again After Puzhu

After the acclaimed film Puzhu, the legendary actor Mammootty is all set to team up again with the director Ratheena PT. According to the reports, Mammootty will be joining Ratheenas next untitled film after he wraps up the shoot for B Unnikrishnans thriller.
According to the sources, Ratheena PT was planning on a big budget film with Mammootty before Puzhu which was scripted by Harshad who is the same writer for Ratheenas directorial debut. Amid pandemic issues and the script requiring filming in different locations, Ratheena planned to do a minimal script and chose Puzhu as her directorial debut.
With the reports coming in saying that Mammootty is teaming up with the Puzhu director again, its unsure whether they are breathing life into the first project which was planned earlier. As Puzhu got clicked with the audience for its content and magnificent performances, the audience are really enthralled at hearing that the talented director Ratheena is directing Mammootty again for another project.
Meanwhile, Mammootty is currently taking part in the shoot for B Unnikrishnans upcoming movie and the filming is going in full swing in Kothamangalam. Kamal Haasans Vikram fame Vasanthi who played the character Agent Tina in the film, is roped in to play a significant role in the B Unnikrishnans directorial.
B Unnikrishnan- Mammootty film is touted as a thriller and will have the Etharkkum Thunindhavan fame Vinay Rai in an antagonist role. Script of the film is penned down by Udaykrishnan and the cinematography by Faiz Siddique. Justin Varghese is roped in as the music composer for the film.
