Actor Vinay Rai To Play Villain In Mammootty s Thriller

Mollywood legend Mammootty is teaming up with the director B Unnikrishnan for an upcoming untitled film which is touted as a thriller. Now, according to the latest updates, Tamil actor Vinay Rai will be playing a villain role in the film directed by B Unnikrishnan.
Although the makers have not yet officially confirmed the matter, as per the reports, Vinay Rai is roped in for Mammootty – B Unnikrishnan project to play a villain character. Reports also suggest that the actors Sneha, Aiswarya Lekshmi, and Amala Paul will be playing prominent female leads in the movie.
Reportedly, Mammootty will be playing a police character in B Unnikrishnans film which is scripted by Uday Krishna. Mammootty joined the filming of B Unnikrishnans thriller recently and the major shooting locations include Ernakulam and Vandiperiyar. The film is said to be mounted on a large scale and also has the actors Shine Tom Chacko, Dileesh Pothan, Siddique, and Jinu Abraham in significant roles.
Meanwhile, actor Vinay Rai has appeared in a few popular Tamil films and with B Unnikrishnans directorial film, he will be making his debut acting in Malayalam. He has played pivotal roles in the Tamil films Unnale Unnale, Jayamkondaan, Endrendrum Punnagai, Aranmanai, Doctor, and the Suriya starrer Etharkkum Thunindhavan helmed by the director Pandiraj.
On the other hand, Mammootty has another thriller in the pipeline which is titled Rorschach which is directed by Kettyolaanu Ente Malakha fame Nissam Basheer and scripted by Sameer Abdul who is best known for the films Adventures of Omanakuttan and Iblis.
