Kamal Haasan Meets Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik

Kamal Haasans recent film Vikram has become a blockbuster and it is running in theatres for nearly 30 days. The film has made a box office collection of more than Rs 400 crore worldwide and now Vikram is the highest-grossing Tamil film in Tamil Nadu, US, UK and Singapore.
While basking in success, actor Kamal Haasan went on a trip to Dubai for his professional commitments. The actor there met Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik. The images of their meeting were shared on social media. Reportedly, the two spoke about politics, cinema, and Vikrams success.
Kamal Haasan has already met Naveen Patnaik in 2019 seeking political guidance before the national elections. Recently, the actor also met the Highness Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, the cabinet member of the Minister of Tolerance and co-existence of the United Arab Emirates at the palace. The actor and the leader reportedly discussed the film and media that have a role in cutting cross-cultural diversity and co-existence. According to reports, the meeting emphasized the new media developments in recent times and their importance of it.
On the work front, Kamal Haasan will be starting his next film with director Mahesh Narayanan which is set to go on grounds in July and it is speculated that as Kamal Haasan is scripting the film, it will be a sequel of his movie Thevarmagan. The actor also revealed that he will also be starting his work for the long-delayed Indian 2.
