Electric scooter maker River Mobility has opened its first store in Shivamogga, marking its entry into the city. The new River Store on BH Road was inaugurated by former Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister K. S. Eshwarappa in partnership with MAG Enterprises. The store will provide test rides, sales, accessories, and full service support for customers. River is expanding across Karnataka and already runs 14 stores in cities like Bengaluru, Belagavi, Hubballi, Mangaluru, Mysuru, and Tumakuru.
The company is also growing in other parts of India through company outlets and dealer partnerships. In April, Karnataka made up over 26 percent of River’s total sales, making it its second largest EV market. The River Indie scooter is designed for daily use with good storage, all-weather comfort, and practical range. It is priced at Rs 1,55,199 ex-showroom in Shivamogga. Customers can visit store or book online at rideriver.com. River aims to expand further. The brand plans to strengthen electric mobility access across emerging cities in Karnataka.
