Devanahalli Block Congress general secretary SP Muniraju said the birthday party should be celebrated simply by doing social work and helping the disabled and the needy.
Devanahalli taluk on the premises of Sarvodaya Service Society near Chandenahalli Gate on the outskirts of Vijayapur town. He wanted to strengthen the organization and bring the Congress party to power in the next assembly elections.
The cake was cut and eaten for the elderly and Anand Kumar fans. He distributed the fruit to the government hospital patients.
