Beltangady

Police arrested a man who was wanted in connection with multiple theft cases after he had been on the run. The suspect, identified as Hameed, also known as Jafar Hameed Hane Kumhimonu from Padangadi, has 34 theft cases filed against him across various police stations, including Bantwal, Uppinangady, Kadaba, Puttur, Venur, Dharmasthala, Punjalakatte, Mangaluru City, Bunder, Belur in Hassan, Koppa, Hariharapura, Moodigere in Chikkamagaluru district, Padubidri, Madikeri, and even in Kerala. He was apprehended by the Beltangady police.
