On Tuesday, authorities in J&K’s Kulgam district reported that a Gujarati woman tourist had passed away from heart failure.
Officials report that the 52-year-old widow of Mahendrabhai Shah, a tourist from Vadodara, passed away from a heart attack while riding a bus in the Vessu neighborhood of Qazigund, Kulgam.
She was taken to the government medical college hospital in the town of Anantnag, where medical professionals pronounced her deceased. According to the applicable legal provisions, inquest procedures have been started, an official stated.
