‘Love In Vietnam’ First Look Unveiled At Cannes

Omung Kumar’s production debut, ‘Love in Vietnam,’ made waves at the 77th Cannes Film Festival with the unveiling of its first look. This collaborative effort between India and Vietnam stars Shantanu Maheshwari, Avneet Kaur, and Vietnamese actress Kha Ngan.

Avneet Kaur shared her excitement on Instagram said that she was proud to launch the first look of ‘LoveInVietnam’ at Cannes. This is the first India-Vietnam collaboration, and that she couldn’t have been happier sharing it with all.

Directed by Rahhat Shah Kazmi and based on the bestseller Madonna in a Fur Coat, the film’s poster unveiling at Cannes drew attention with the presence of Shantanu Maheshwari, Avneet Kaur, and key producers.

Supported by the Consulate General of India in Ho Chi Minh City, the Consulate General of Vietnam in Mumbai, and Vietnam Airlines, ‘Love in Vietnam’ marks a significant milestone in cross-cultural cinema.

Meanwhile, Secretary Sanjay Jaju of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting hosted the inaugural Bharat Parva at Cannes, showcasing India’s rich cultural heritage alongside its cinematic prowess. The event, organized by NFDC and FICCI, highlighted India’s commitment to global collaboration in the film industry.

The Bharat Pavilion, inaugurated by Sanjay Jaju and Ambassador Jawed Ashraf, stands as a testament to India’s vibrant cinema landscape, with states like Jammu & Kashmir, Karnataka, Goa, and Maharashtra representing the nation’s diverse cinematic offerings at Cannes Film Market.
