Action will be taken as soon as possible to fill vacancies in government and private aided schools. Education Minister Madhu Bangarappa has assured that the same criteria will be followed for government and aided schools in filling up the posts.
He was answering to question raised by MLC Marithibbegowda on how many vacancies are there since 2016 till now due to retirement, resignation and other reasons. What steps have been taken to fill the post, because of this, students lack quality education, Minister Madhu Bangarappa answered the question.
Apart from the government school, we will also consider the aided school. We will get permission from the finance department. Same criteria for both the government and aided school. The process is going on for eight months. We will discuss with the CM and appoint them soon. We will also pay more attention to the court case. As the aided school does not have the resources, the salary is being paid by the government. We will also take action on insurance through Sanjeevini, the Minister said.
He said, I am committed to speed up the recruitment process. The job of filling will be done soon. We are committed to the work of educating children. Appointments should be made through the court order. We will not interfere in that. We will discuss with the Chief Minister about the process of insurance and take action, Madhu Bangarappa said.
