State President of Government Employees’ Association CS Shadakshari held a press conference on Monday and informed about the organisation of state level conference in Bengaluru.
A program will be organised on February 27 at Palace Grounds in Bengaluru. Two lakh employees are expected to participate in the programme. The CM has been invited to inaugurate the programme, he said.
The State President has said that, we will put forward our three demands in the programme, the old pension scheme should be implemented. The 7th Pay Commission report also should be implemented. He said that it will be demanded in the conference that Aarogya Sanjeevini Yojana should be offered to public.
Shadakshari said that he is holding a conference to fulfill the demand, he is hopeful that the CM will give an assurance about our demand in the conference. Organisational strength is shown in the conference. He said that the government has not given any funding for the conference. The Congress government has said in its manifesto that it will implement the old pension. The government has asked for time, so it said that it will wait for the government’s order.
