The incident was triggered when a five-year-old boy unintentionally ignited a bed while playing with a match. The flames quickly spread from the initial house, engulfing a total of eleven residences. According to officials from a rescue organization, the fire, which broke out at Taungpyone Gyi Village, was successfully extinguished approximately one hour later, around 11:30 a.m. local time on Thursday. The rescue efforts included extracting individuals trapped under debris. Miraculously, there were no reported casualties resulting from the incident, underscoring the importance of swift response and community resilience in the face of such emergencies.
