The Yogi government in Uttar Pradesh is advancing its technological initiatives by adopting Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) for streamlined land consolidation processes. The UP Electronics Corporation Limited is developing an AI-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software through a Technical Service Providing (TSP) agency. This software, featuring satellite imaging, rover survey, DGPS, NavIC, and blockchain data access, aims to automate consolidation tasks, digitize records, and resolve disputes efficiently. The real-time access for problem resolution and data collection will enhance its problem-solving capabilities.

Currently, land consolidation in a single village takes 100 to 1300 days, but with this software, the process can be significantly expedited through mapping and digitized record assessment. Exchange ratio calculation, exchange rate parameter evaluation, and plot extraction on the vector map for consolidation can be efficiently handled. The satellite imaging-based software allows accurate rover surveys in a short time, enhancing data evaluation precision. The software serves as a data integration platform, aligning existing data from maps, satellite images, and rover surveys. It generates algorithms by analyzing consolidation-related acts and can be implemented on a blockchain-based system for Khatauni. Additionally, the software prioritizes data security, advanced training, reporting and analytics, monitoring, auditing mechanisms, technical support, and maintenance. The deployment of this software promises benefits like precise data collection, transparent land records, semi-automatic consolidation, enhanced land rights protection, accountability, cost efficiency, and a reduction in legal cases. It facilitates the uploading of finalized Khasra, Khatauni, and maps onto the GIS-based portal for consolidation through digitization.
