The apprehended individual, identified as Sachin, also known as Bacchi, and hailing from Hisar, was found to be in possession of four pistols and 12 cartridges at the time of arrest, marking a critical breakthrough in the ongoing efforts to curb organized criminal activities in the region.

Director General of Police (DGP) Gaurav Yadav confirmed the successful operation, highlighting the pivotal role played by the AGTF teams, led by ADGP Pramod Ban, who acted on crucial intelligence inputs to execute the arrest near the entrance of the Chandigarh Group of Colleges in Landran. Further investigations have shed light on Sachin Bacchi’s involvement in providing logistical support and safe havens for the gang members, unveiling the intricate network that had been operating under the radar.
