A fire incident occurred in a multi-story building located in the Koramangala area of the city on Wednesday. Preliminary reports indicate that the fire started in a pub situated on the building’s fourth floor, accompanied by a loud blast sound. Thick plumes of smoke were seen billowing from the structure. Video footage captured a dramatic moment when a man jumped from the top of the building, highlighting the urgency of the situation. In response to the emergency, firefighters swiftly arrived at the scene to combat the blaze. As of now, the exact cause of the fire remains unknown. Upon noticing the smoke emerging from the building, alert residents took immediate action. They not only alerted the police and fire brigade but also engaged in efforts to rescue any individuals who might have been trapped inside, according to sources within the fire brigade.
