In a daring rescue operation, the Chennammana Kere Acchukattu police have successfully arrested three individuals involved in the kidnapping of Sandeep Kumar, who was held captive and subjected to a ransom demand of Rs 50 lakh. The arrested culprits have been identified as notorious history sheeter Arun alias Tsunami, along with Kiran Kumar and Somashekhar. However, one of the accused remains at large and is currently being pursued by law enforcement agencies. The incident unfolded in the early hours of August 31 when Sandeep Kumar was abducted from Ittamadu in Bengaluru. The perpetrators swiftly transported him to a secluded farmhouse located in Tamil Nadu’s Denkanikottai region. There, they issued a chilling ultimatum, demanding a hefty ransom of Rs 50 lakh, threatening Sandeep’s life should their demands not be met. In an incredible turn of events, Sandeep Kumar managed to escape from the clutches of his kidnappers while they were in the process of relocating him to another undisclosed location. Seizing the opportunity, Sandeep made his way back to Bengaluru with the assistance of the Tamil Nadu police. Upon his safe return, Sandeep filed a formal complaint, resulting in the swift initiation of legal proceedings against the four alleged kidnappers. Authorities have registered a case at the Chennammana Kere Acchukattu police station. While the courageous escape of Sandeep Kumar has provided a significant breakthrough in the case, law enforcement agencies are actively pursuing the remaining fugitive involved in the abduction. The investigation remains ongoing, as authorities are determined to bring all those responsible for this audacious kidnapping plot to justice.
