GenNext Kaushalyaan training programme on Sept 7

Mysuru

The next batch of GenNext Kaushalyaan, a 30-day residential employability skills training programme conducted by the Swami Vivekananda Youth Movement (SVYM) with the support of the Infosys Foundation, will commence in Mysuru on September 7, 2026.

The programme is aimed at young men and women who have completed their degree or postgraduate studies and are seeking to improve their employability skills and enhance their career prospects. The residential training will focus on practical and employment-oriented skills, including communication and English language skills, soft skills, digital skills, interview preparation and workplace etiquette. The programme is designed to build participants’ confidence and equip them with the professional abilities required to enter the workforce.

SVYM will also extend support to participants after successful completion of the training. The organisation will work towards connecting trained candidates with companies and other organisations and facilitate job interviews and suitable employment opportunities.

Necessary guidance will also be provided to help participants identify and access appropriate career opportunities. Eligible youth interested in joining the programme can contact Kanakaraju, Public Relations Officer, SVYM, Mysuru, on 94489 73582 for further details.

SVYM has appealed to the public to share information about the programme with unemployed graduates, postgraduates and other young people looking for employment opportunities.
