Mysuru Airport today marked another milestone in enhancing passenger experience with the inauguration of the Flybrary by Minister of Civil Aviation, Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu.
The Flybrary is an innovative initiative aimed at promoting reading among air travellers by providing a convenient platform where passengers can borrow, read, and exchange books during their journey. The facility is designed to make waiting time at the airport more engaging and intellectually enriching while fostering a culture of reading.
Speaking on the occasion, the Minister appreciated the initiative and highlighted the importance of creating passenger‑centric facilities that go beyond conventional airport services. Such initiatives contribute to making airports more welcoming and memorable for travelers, he added.
Mysuru Airport remains committed to continuously improving passenger amenities and introducing innovative services that enhance the overall travel experience. The Flybrary reflects the airport’s dedication to providing thoughtful and meaningful facilities for its passengers. The inauguration was attended by Member of Parliament Dhanapal; Regional Executive Director Muruganandam; Ramanathan, Executive Director (CA&CS); P. V. Usha Kumari, Airport Director; along with senior officials of Airports Authority of India, KSISF, Indigo Airlines, and other dignitaries.
