A massive land document scandal has rocked the region after local authorities launched a strict crackdown on deep-rooted corruption. Officials revealed that twenty-nine people are involved in creating fake property records and making official files vanish between 2001 and 2024.

District Collector Dr. M.R. Ravi exposed these shocking details during a press meeting at his office. He recently visited the Lokayukta office to hand over a complete investigation report, ensuring that strict legal actions begin immediately against all guilty parties.

The investigation continues to expand. Investigators are currently looking into thirteen more individuals, some of whom have already retired or transferred. Local tahsildars must finish the charge sheets for these remaining suspects very soon.

To stop future corruption, the administration launched a major digital upgrade. Workers are scanning millions of old paper documents into a secure online system to prevent missing records and torn pages.

Once this massive digital project finishes, ordinary citizens will finally be able to download verified copies directly from the official website. Leaders hope this transparent setup will completely stop illegal document tampering and make public services much safer for everyone living in the region.
