CHIKKABALLAPUR
The Bangalore Electricity Supply Company has announced a scheduled power outage on July 26, affecting several sub-stations across the region. Electricity supply will be suspended between ten morning and five evening due to crucial maintenance work at the Gauribidanur receiving center. Affected regions include Gauribidanur, Gudibande, Thondibavi, Vidhurashwath, Vatadahosahalli, Mandikal, and surrounding rural villages. Chief Engineer P.G. Ramesh Kumar urged affected residents and commercial consumers across the district to cooperate with authorities during the temporary shutdown while technical teams complete necessary upgrades to the regional power network.
