Ayodhya
The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust on Monday invited applications for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to manage the administration and daily operations of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya. Eligible candidates can submit their applications until 4 p.m. on July 18.
According to the Trust’s notification, applicants must be graduates with at least 20 years of experience in administration or finance. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in temple administration or management. Applicants must also be followers of the Hindu faith.
The selected CEO will be appointed for an initial period of three years and will be required to stay in Ayodhya throughout the tenure to supervise the temple’s administrative and operational activities. The Trust has also decided to appoint a Secretary to assist with the recruitment process and support the appointment of the new CEO.
The recruitment comes at a time when the Supreme Court is hearing petitions seeking an independent, court-monitored investigation into allegations of misuse of donations received by the Ram Temple Trust. The apex court has issued notices to the Centre, the Uttar Pradesh government and the Trust. It has also directed the state’s Special Investigation Team to submit a status report and details of the investigating team.
Ram Mandir Construction Committee Chairman Nripendra Misra said the new CEO will strengthen temple administration and improve transparency. He said the CEO will work under the Trust’s guidance, coordinate with the general secretary, oversee daily operations, focus on devotees’ welfare and function without any government interference.
