Public complaints to be heard on June 23

Shivamogga

A quarterly Postal Adalat will be held in Shivamogga on June 23 at the Post Superintendent’s office on Kote Road, according to officials. The meeting will begin in the morning and is aimed at addressing public complaints, suggestions, and service-related issues concerning postal services. Members of the public have been asked to submit written grievances in detail by June 22 so they can be reviewed during the session. Officials said all complaints received will be examined at the Adalat, and necessary corrective action will be taken where required. Authorities have encouraged citizens to participate and make use of the forum to resolve long-pending issues related to postal department services.
