Mangaluru
The body of an unidentified young man was found near Jokatte in Mangaluru under suspicious circumstances, with police suspecting possible foul play. The body was discovered in a roadside drain near the MRPL–Surathkal road flyover. Locals reported bloodstains near a nearby house, raising concerns that the youth may have been killed and dumped at the spot. The deceased is believed to be from North India, though identification is still pending. Police from Panambur visited the scene, conducted a preliminary investigation, and sent the body for examination. Further inquiry is underway to determine the exact cause and circumstances of death.
