Land Trades Builders & Developers, a premium real estate company with more than 33 years of experience, has launched its in-house construction arm, Landtrades Realty and Constructions LLP, in Mangaluru. The new division was formally inaugurated at the company’s office on the third floor of Milestone 25 in Balmatta.
The launch marks a major step in the company’s expansion strategy, aimed at providing integrated real estate and construction solutions under one umbrella. Known for delivering residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across the region, the company said the new division will strengthen execution capabilities while maintaining quality, innovation, and timely project delivery.
Landtrades Realty and Constructions LLP will be led by experienced industry professionals. Shashindra Rai, who has over 37 years of experience in construction and project execution, will head the division. He will be supported by Umesh KV and Hari Prasad, both of whom have more than 22 years of expertise in civil contracts and construction management.
Managing director M D Shrinath Hebbar said the launch represents an important milestone in the company’s journey of growth and excellence. He added that the in-house construction division would help improve efficiency, strengthen execution standards, and deliver greater value to customers and business partners.
The company stated that the dedicated construction division will focus on enhancing coordination between planning, design, engineering, and on-site execution. Officials said the move is expected to improve project monitoring, ensure better quality control, and accelerate completion timelines for upcoming developments. By bringing construction activities under direct management, the company also aims to strengthen customer confidence and support the growing demand for modern residential and commercial spaces in coastal Karnataka.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by company officials, industry professionals, business associates, well-wishers, and team members.
