Delhi Police’s West District unit arrested four proclaimed offenders on Saturday in connection with several cases registered under the Electricity Act. The accused were wanted for electricity-related offences and had been absconding for a long time. The arrests were carried out by a special team from Police Post Madipur under Punjabi Bagh Police Station. Police said the action was part of a focused drive launched to trace and arrest absconders involved in various criminal cases. Further investigation into the electricity offence cases is continuing.
