The teaser and songs of the upcoming Kannada film Srimathi Sindhoora were released at SRV Preview Theatre in a grand event attended by the cast and crew. The movie stars Vijaya Raghavendra and is directed by R. Anantaraju. Real estate businessman D.N. Nagireddy has produced the film under the R&R Enterprises banner and also written the story.
Actors Priya Hegde, Leo Manoj, Reshma V. Gowda, Ugram Ravi, Master Mourya and several technicians attended the function and shared their experiences. Producer Nagireddy said making a film had been his dream for twenty years. He added that he wanted to create work opportunities for cinema workers through the project.
Nagireddy said the film tells the story of a responsible young man who marries the woman he loves, after which many emotional twists change his life. He explained that the title represents the respect given to married women and described the movie as a complete family entertainer with strong values and devotion.
Vijaya Raghavendra praised the producers and said the film would connect with audiences of every generation. Director Anantaraju expressed confidence about the movie and said bodybuilder Maruti appears as Lord Hanuman. The film was shot in Mudigere, Sakaleshpura and Chikkamagaluru.
Music director Rajesh Ramanath has composed the songs after a long break, while cinematography is handled by P.K.H. Das. Lyrics for the movie are written by Kaviraj, K. Kalyan and director Anantaraju. Executive producer Gangadhar was appreciated by the team for supporting the production and helping complete the film smoothly successfully.
