Shreya Ghoshal Says Studio And Concerts Shape Musical Journey

Popular playback singer Shreya Ghoshal has said that studio recordings and live concerts are equally important in helping an artist grow. She described them as two completely different experiences that together shape a singer’s musical journey and performance style.

Speaking during her international travel schedule, Shreya shared her thoughts about her recently released live album from the All Hearts Tour, launched under Sony Music India. She explained that the album captures the excitement, emotion and connection created during live performances, which she feels cannot be recreated inside a recording studio.

According to Shreya, studio sessions feel like a comfort zone where singers work closely with composers, lyricists, musicians and sound engineers to create songs from the beginning. She said the process of recording music in a studio carries a very personal and meaningful feeling for every artist.

At the same time, the singer pointed out that live concerts require a completely different level of preparation and energy. She explained that every audience and venue creates a unique atmosphere, making each performance different from the previous one. She added that singers must quickly connect with crowds and adapt to changing situations during concerts.

Shreya said that throughout her long career, she has learned how to balance both studio work and stage performances. She believes both experiences are equally important to her identity as an artist. Her latest live album has received a positive response from music lovers and fans across different countries worldwide.
