Renault Group India has approached the National Company Law Tribunal for approval of a restructuring plan to streamline its operations. The company aims to separate powertrain manufacturing while combining vehicle production and sales under one system. This move supports its long-term strategy and plans to boost exports up to 2 billion euros by 2030. Renault said the changes will not affect employees, customers, or partners. With around 15,000 workers and over 600 outlets, the company continues to strengthen its presence in India and global markets steadily.
