Karnataka State Decentralization Planning and Development Committee Vice President D. R. Patil will visit Kodagu district on May 3 and 4. On May 3, he will attend a Gram Sabha at Hoddur Gram Panchayat limits at 4.30 pm, followed by a Gram Panchayat meeting at 6.30 pm. On May 4, a district-level meeting will be held at 10.30 am in the Kodagu Zilla Panchayat Hall to prepare the 2027–28 “People’s Plan.” Later at 12.30 pm, he will attend the district planning committee meeting. Officials said the tour aims to strengthen local planning and development discussions across the district.
