Bidar
Road development works worth ₹1.5 crore were launched in Bidar South constituency with the performance of a ground-breaking ceremony by MLA Dr. Shailendra Beldale. The project connects Mannaekhelli village with Nidavancha, Hochakanalli, and Ranjol Kheni villages.
Speaking on the occasion, the MLA said the new road will bring better development opportunities to the region and improve the living standards of people in the surrounding villages. He said the project is being taken up with the vision of “our area, our development.”
He added that once the work is completed, village connectivity will improve significantly, allowing faster and safer transport for the public. Farmers will be able to transport their agricultural produce easily to markets, students can reach schools and colleges on time, and emergency medical services will become more accessible.
Dr. Beldale said that a good road is not just a transport facility but a key factor for development. He explained that better roads will boost employment opportunities, increase business activities, and raise the overall standard of living in rural areas.
He also instructed contractors to ensure that the road work is completed on time and with high quality. He stressed that the project is being implemented using public funds, so maintaining quality and public trust is very important. He warned that no compromise should be made on standards.
Several local leaders, officials, and residents including Gurunath Rajagir Bagadala, Shivakumara Swami, Manikappa Khashempura, Prashanth Sindhola, Santosh Hallakheda, Basavaraja, and others were present during the ceremony.
The event marked the official start of the long-awaited infrastructure project aimed at improving rural connectivity in the Bidar South region.
