Mandya
Three private doctors have been arrested in Mandya for illegal fetus sex determination and a murder case linked to it. The arrested doctors are Divya from Chetana Nursing Home, Harshit from Navi Diagnostic Center, and Parish from Kushal Diagnostic Center. Police said they illegally scanned 31 pregnant women and have sent the three doctors to judicial custody. A government hospital gynecologist Priyanka has gone missing and police are searching for her. Officials registered twelve FIRs against seventeen accused including doctors, health workers, ASHA worker and private people.
