Massive fire hits Kota’s City Mall; No casualties

A huge fire broke out on the second floor of Kota’s City Mall, leading to a swift response from authorities. Twelve fire trucks were dispatched to tackle the blaze, which was largely controlled within hours. Kota Police confirmed that the mall had not opened yet, reducing the risk of casualties. Fire Officer Amjad Khan reported that the fire had been mostly extinguished, though efforts to clear the remaining smoke continued. Meanwhile, Kota’s SP Tejaswini Gautam assured that rescue teams were ensuring no one was trapped inside. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
