Success in life can be achieved through sustained interest, dedication, and courage, said Rovena while addressing students at an event held in Udupi. She encouraged young learners to stay focused on their goals and develop consistent effort in both academic and personal pursuits.

The programme was organised at Dr G. Shankar Government Women’s First Grade College, Ajjarkad, where students and faculty members participated in large numbers. The session aimed at motivating students to build confidence and adopt a disciplined approach towards education and life challenges.

Speaking on the occasion, Rovena highlighted that every individual faces obstacles, but success depends on how one responds to those challenges. She stated that interest in one’s chosen field helps build passion, while dedication ensures steady progress. Courage, she added, is essential to overcome fear and uncertainty.

She also advised students to make effective use of opportunities provided by educational institutions and to remain committed to self-improvement. According to her, academic success alone is not enough; holistic development, including personality growth and value-based learning, is equally important.

Faculty members present at the event appreciated the motivational address and encouraged students to apply the insights in their daily lives. They emphasised that such sessions play a vital role in shaping the mindset of young learners.

The programme concluded with an interactive session where students raised questions related to career planning and personal development. Rovena responded to their queries, reinforcing the importance of persistence and positive thinking.

Overall, the event served as an inspiring platform for students, motivating them to pursue their goals with greater determination, focus, and self-belief.
