Leaders of the Madiga community have warned of a strong protest against BDC Bank if appointments are made without implementing internal reservation. Community leaders said they have been fighting for justice in recruitment and education for the past 30 years. They alleged that the bank is proceeding with hiring without following reservation rules, which they called unfair. State working president Sannamaliyappa and state president Prabhuraj Kodli said they will intensify protests if the issue is not addressed. They urged authorities to ensure proper implementation of internal reservation before continuing recruitment in the bank.
