Four more Baloch civilians vanish mysteriously

Quetta

Four Baloch civilians have reportedly disappeared in Balochistan, raising fresh human rights concerns, Paank, a local rights group. Among the missing are students Kareem, Shayhaq Rahim, Noor Khan, and Sameer, allegedly abducted in broad daylight by armed individuals or military personnel. Past disappearances of prominent figures, including retired Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Bakhsh Sajidi and his relatives, highlight a growing pattern of enforced disappearances in the province. Paank condemned the acts as severe violations of fundamental rights, warning that such actions cause trauma and fear in communities while reflecting a wider climate of impunity and intimidation.
