The District Police Department will organize the Police Welfare and Flag Day programme on Thursday, April 2, at 8:00 AM at the District Police Parade Ground.Retired Additional Superintendent of Police S.K. Marihal will receive the salute on the occasion. Deputy Commissioner Dr. Anand K and Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Panchayat Rishi Anand will participate as special invitees.Superintendent of Police Lakshman Nimbargi, Additional Superintendent of Police Ramangouda Hatti, along with police officers and staff of the district, will also take part in the programme, according to a press release issued by the Police Department.
