Udhayanidhi urges voters to oppose Palaniswami

Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin on Tuesday urged voters to defeat Edappadi K Palaniswami in the 2026 Assembly polls, accusing him of trying to bring the BJP into the state. Addressing a campaign, he said the election was a fight between Chief Minister M K Stalin-led alliance and Palaniswami. He also criticised the AIADMK-BJP tie-up as “Delhi-made” and expressed confidence that the DMK would return to power.
