Delhi’s government schools have achieved stunning success, posting a record 98.3% pass rate for Class 12 students. According to the latest Economic Survey, Class 10 results were equally strong at 97.7%. With 1,270 schools serving nearly 40% of the city’s students, the government is now launching 75 “CM SHRI” schools to further modernize education.
Beyond the classroom, Delhi’s social safety net remains robust. Welfare programs currently support over 4 lakh seniors and distressed women, while the public ration system provides essential food to 72 lakh residents, ensuring that the city’s growth reaches everyone.
